I made Tofu in a few easy steps with store bought soy milk! Super EASY! Now we all can make our own tofu💚
Recipe below
2 litres of store bought sugar free fresh soy milk
Boil the soy milk and let cool for 5 mins
Mix 3 tablespoons of white rice vinegar with 50 ml water. Add this mixture to soy milk stirring continuously until you get a pot of soft soy curds floating in yellowish water. Add more vinegar mixture if required.
Strain the curds.
Pack them in a piece of cloth.
Place a weight on top of the curds.
After two hours remove weight, tofu is formed. Weigh down for a shorter time if you want less firm tofu 🌿
The tofu tasted extremely fresh and good.
