Use a cheap button to make an accessible switch for adapted toys.
This project adds a plug to a toy buzzer, turning it into an input for toys which have been adapted to be triggered through a jack. Modified toys can be requested through programs like HuskyADAPT (www.huskyadapt.me.uw.edu/request-adapted-toys), but the buttons to control them are shockingly expensive. The parts for this solution cost less than 10% the price of similar buttons available for sale.
