Hey Guys!!
If you're following me you would know that I usually do not make fried foods so today I'm making baked moong dal kachori. It is as delicious as the fried ones. I'm not using onion, garlic, and ginger so this snack is perfect for those who do not eat these things.
Dough Ingredients:
whole wheat flour - 1 cup
salt- 1/2 tsp
carom seeds - 1/2 tsp
ghee- 4 tsp
Stuffing Ingredients:
oil- 2 tbsp
asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
crushed coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
crushed fennel seeds - 1 tbsp
crushed black peppercorns - 1 tbsp
turmeric - 1/4 tsp
red chili powder- 1/4 tsp
gram flour- 1 tbsp
soaked moong dal - 1/2 cup
salt - 1/2 tsp
dry mango powder - 1/4 tsp
dry fenugreek leaves - 1 tsp
Tamarind sauce Ingredients:
soaked tamarind - 1/4 cup
jaggery - 2 tbsp
red chili powder - a pinch
salt - 1/2 tsp
Min Coriander sauce Ingredients:
mint leaves - 1/4 cup
cilantro/coriander leaves - 3/4 cup
curd- 1 tbsp
cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
salt - 1/4 tsp
green chili - 1/2 (as per your taste)
lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
