Tier VIII Pan-Asian destroyer Hsienyang isn't a great pick for ranked. Even when she opts for radar instead of smoke, she lacks the main battery firepower to be really effective while her radar is active. If you coordinate with your teammates - or, even better, other destroyers - then it can be made to work, however. This Ranked game on Sleeping Giant is a great example of what can be achieved when your team coordinates with you, though. I like using the Pan-Asian DD radar to cover the middle of this map when afforded the opportunity.
