Nationals Senator Matt Canavan says the interesting thing about Labor's climate bill passed through the lower house is “it actually doesn’t do anything”.
“Even the government itself has admitted that we don’t need this legislation, they said they can implement their 43 per cent emission target without the legislation,” Mr Canavan told Sky News host Cory Bernardi.
