Well, after 32 days clean I decided I wanted some Adderall to boost energy, when that wasnt available I decided meth wasn't too much different. Couldnt find that either. Long story short, cocaine and heroin was purchased and i went on a 2-day bender and spent most of my money. After the drugs were gone, i desperately searched for cottons, most of which were dirty and had hair, and god knows what else in/on them, put them on a spoon, added water "cooked the bacteria out" (yeah right) and then injected. This produced no high whatsoever, and 2 hours later i became extremely ill. Luckily i had the sense to know the urgency of the situation (heart valve infection possibility) and admitted myself to the hospital. Here's some updates.
