A full refund on this tent was eventually obtained from the retailer and NEMO were informed of the issues.
And for some of the hilarious comments which state the tent had been set up facing the wrong direction with the wind… two things;
1) Did you know that wind direction can change? 
2) At the time of setting up and bedding down for the night, there was no wind…
