In this 4th period class, we focus solely on home economics made awesome. I would divide these two cookbooks into two demographics: America's Test Kitchen for the grade-schoolers and Masterchef Junior for the high schoolers. But no matter who gets their hands on these cookbooks, i think you'll devour them both the same. Getting kids in the kitchen is now commonplace in our society and bragging rights in the lunchroom abounds should you get either of both of these terrific cookbooks.
