I Am Afraid That My Ex Is Going To Forget About Me

So many people reach out to me asking is my ex going to forget about me if I implement a radio silence or no contact period after a breakup?

I understand that the fear of losing an again can be scary, but you have to come to terms with the fact that you have already lost them!

Most of the time when faced with a breakup you have to acknowledge that your old relationship is over and that you need to focus on yourself in order to quickly bounce back and inspire your partner to want to be with you again.
