From the opening track to the closing minutes of this monstrosity hopefully your in as much awe of this Record as I was, yes this was my first real experience with,”Vanhelgd” aside from a Track I have on a Dark Descent Records Sampler From 2016, So hearing this gorgeous yet crushing and haunting blending of like,” The guitar work (especially the tremolo picking) has some awesome,”Dissection” parts that gave me goosebumps! Especially on,”VI Foddes I Samma Grav”... wow.
Which leads into the ever so catchy and epic as fuck sounding,”Profaned Is The Blood Of The Covenant”!
I can’t get enough of this album, it’s just massive in every way, beautiful to look at, beautiful yet devastating to play,”Vanhelgd” has written the album so many bands strived for in the past and have gained a new fan with,”Deimos Sanktuarium”... just listen for yourself because I’m sold on this beast being one of my favorites of 2018!
