Crystal Kung Minkoff of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has been sued because of a car crash allegedly caused by her brother, Jeffrey Kung. RHOBH fans have seen Jeffrey Kung before on the show because he's a big music star in China. Jeffrey went to college at Peking University and while he was there was discovered by a talent agent while singing at a karaoke bar. He blew up in China and released multiple albums there.
But now he's being accused of having rear ended someone else in California on the I-5 - while driving a car owned by Crystal and her husband, Robert Minkoff. The driver has sued, alleging disfigurement, pain and suffering, and damage to her car. News reports say Crystal wasn't actually in the car - but the other driver wants to hold her and her husband responsible anyway. Can the other driver successfully sue her?
