Week seven of Goofy's Race and a Half Challenge training wraps up with a "special" run to earn my runDisney #Shorts series medal.
There's a bit of an Olympic theme here this week.
I've picked Rio inspired music.
I've got the #Shorts medals even if they're not Gold, Silver and Bronze.
Goofy carries the torch.
I packed a lot into this week: 4 runs, 4 weight training sessions and a medal unboxing. Coach Spanky the amazing Frenchie also holds a medal.
