Sellers, on the other hand, need to be strategic in their pricing and marketing to stand out in this competitive landscape.
Now, let's talk about the List to Sold Price percentage. Brace yourselves, because this one's impressive. We're currently seeing a 99.7% List to Sold Price for zip code 27410 overall. That means, on average, sellers are getting almost their entire asking price! It's a great time to be a seller, that's for sure.

And through November, the median sold price in Starmount Forest stands at a healthy $428,000, which is down about 22% from October. That's some serious value we've got going on here, folks.
