Florida foreclosure attorney Steve Kramer talks how one of his clients was forced into foreclosure even though they've never missed a mortgage payment.
Not only had the never missed a payment, they were never even late with their mortgage payments. But here they were, in the middle of a foreclosure process as the bank mailed them notice that they weren't paying and now we're being foreclosed on. What's even worse is how the bank caused even more problems. When they called to speak to the bank about the issue, they explain it was obviously a mistake and they'd handle it. No problem. That sounds good, right? They thought the same thing until they got a notice in the mail one day stating that their house had been sold! We had to pull out all the stops showing their payment records, copies of checks, sworn affidavits that they'd paid every payment, and then took that to court. We were able to prove that their house was their own and no money was owed. In the middle of a foreclosure crisis, banks have to process a lot of paperwork revolving around mortgages and foreclosures. But that also means a lot of mistakes. You need to make sure that the bank isn't taking steps to take your home out from under you. Watch the video now to learn more.
