The BRS MLC refused to attend an ED's interrogation today while sitting on the plea in the top court. K. Kavitha has challenged the summons by the ED. The Supreme Court will be hearing the petition on, March 24. The Enforcement Directorate has summoned Kavitha for the second round of quizzing in connection with the Delhi liquor case, alleging that she is the key member of the south group. The ED has also arrested Arun Pilai.
