In the foothills of the mountain of The White Guards that overlooks the quiet town of Solania lies a sleepy village on a hilltop. This gloomy village overlooks a lake next to the Haunted Keep of Solania. It is not uncommon to overhear in the Solania Inn and Tap, locals telling stories of walking skeletons that attack unsuspecting travelers that get too close to the haunted keep. Few venture in these parts, and even fewer are brave enough to spend the night in the haunted Gothic Mansion. This is the short story of one lost soul whose luck ran out as he ventured into these parts.
