This composition " Yaro, Ivar yaro…" of Sri Arunachala Kavirayar describes the thoughts of Rama when he for the first time catches a glimpse of Sita, as he walks into Mithila along with Viswamitra and Lakshmana after the destruction of the Demoness Tataka. Upon looking at Sita, Rama wonders " Who is this ? What is their name? Which family does she belong to?" The anupallavi paints a picture of the beautiful city Mithila and it's prosperity. In the caranam, as Rama looks at the face of Sita that's as beautiful as the moon, he is pondering whether they shared a relationship in the past life because though they had just met he instantly feels a familiarity with Sita that he is unable to name.
