Trafalgar Square becames a sea of blue as the visiting Scotland football fans take it over and make it their temporary playground / waiting area - ahead of the international friendly match against England. The fountains were bubbling over due to someone adding fairy liquid to the water. Towards the end of the video you will see the thousands of empty bottles & cans of beer the boys (& girls) in blue left behind.
