These are nine of the songs that were in the running to represent Turkey in the Eurovision Song Contest 1979. Ultimately, Seviyorum was chosen as the Turkish Eurovision entry for 1979. Unfortunately, it never made it to the Contest, because Turkey dropped out of the Contest for...reasons.
