Bet you never thought you'd see this. Today I want to talk a little about trademarks in the world of guitar. They can be confusing and result in people believing that there's foul play afoot, and sometimes there is, but most of the time it's pretty boring. Specifically I'm looking at accusations that Gibson guitars are bullying small guitar builders legally to stifle innovation and competition. I don't think the evidence points to that.
