The Trotter Project Kitchen Sessions is a new online series available on IGTV (Instagram TV) [ Ссылка ]. It’s inspired by The Kitchen Sessions with Charlie Trotter that aired on PBS television. This educational and entertaining series brings together restaurant and hospitality industry talent from across America, Trotter Project Pillars of Excellence Program scholars, educators, and more from across America to share their recipes, skills, and knowledge with viewers like you while raising funds through suggested donations for The Trotter Project COVID-19 Relief Fund.

About The Trotter Project COVID-19 Relief Fund

The Trotter Project COVID-19 Relief Fund directly supports those in our charity’s most underserved communities, with coordinated food and supplies donations to school and community partners and food banks in Chicago, Boston, and Los Angeles. Additionally, a portion of proceeds raised through the Kitchen Sessions series will go to support the Restaurant Employee Relief Fund established by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation and Guy Fieri.

The Trotter Project, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, launched the fund with $20,000 that has been redirected from our own existing Pillars of Excellence Scholarship fund in an effort to immediately assist the communities we serve through healthy living support, providing food for in-need populations, and creating a robust virtual event calendar that gives back to the community through fundraising and education. As we grow this fund we will be serving our other partners across the US, including those in Los Angeles and Boston. Any donations our supporters make will directly impact the lives of young people and their families, along with restaurant employees across the country.
