Lofi chill beat in Maschine Plus - Maschine+ "Awareness" - I've spent my sunday playing with my Maschine + and SP-404a again ;). This time I took a sample of a buddhist monk talking about meditation and I took the word Awareness as it was very calming and added to this lo-fi style beat. I hope you like it! I am also working on an album to drop later this summer and as I mainly use Logic pro for the album I will try to make at least 2 tracks on the Maschine Plus for it. The sounds and instruments from the Komplete 13 and Native Instruments expansions are awesome! I highly recommend them to all of you.
By the way, I've sent back the verselab mv-1 and I am contemplating getting Akai Force instead... What you guys think?

I've decided to spend more time with Maschine Plus and SP-404a and learn how they both work together. Using SP404 effects on macros with Maschine is fun but I still need to practice. Logic X is great for making music but I think Native Instruments Maschine MK3 or #Maschine plus together with MPCs are perfect for live jamming and sketching new ideas.

Don't judge the beat too harsh LOL, I've been playing with it at this point.
Next thing I will try out is the clips in the maschine updated software. I still didn't get to play with them to make a beat. I think it might be a game changer for the arranging and producing full songs.

Making a beat on maschine plus without the need of a DAW is fun! Shame I need my logic pro to make the whole song though. I find maschine limiting but it is fun to play with it for sure!
