Ingredients:📝
Curd - 100 gm
Besan - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Ghee - 2 tablespoons
Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Methi seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Hing - 1 pinch
Chopped ginger - 1 teaspoon
Chopped green chilli - 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves - 10
Chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 250 ml
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Mango pulp - 100 gm
Ghee - 1/2 teaspoon
Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Hing - 1 pinch
Chopped kashmiri red chilli - 1
Curry leaves - 10

Preparation: 👇🏻
In a bowl add curd, besan and salt. Mix well. Keep aside.
In a pan add ghee, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, methi seeds and hing. Sauté.
Add chopped ginger, chopped green chilli and curry leaves. Mix well.
Add chilli powder and turmeric powder. Mix well and add the besan batter while stirring constantly.
Add water and continue to stir.
Add salt and mango pulp. Mix well.
Tadka or tempering:
In a pan add ghee, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing, chopped kashmiri red chilli and curry leaves. Sauté.
In a serving bowl add the fajeto and pour the tadka/tempering
