Pasanda is a Mughlai dish of meat in rich gravy. Raw meat,coated with yoghurt nuts and
spices seasoning, cooks itself in 'dum'
in a closed vessel on low heat .
And whenever almonds are used in the
preparation; it is called Badam Pasanda ;
