Rwanda has announced plans to relocate Burundian refugees to other countries. The move comes in the wake of recent allegations by a United Nations experts panel and U.S. government officials that Rwanda was recruiting and training Burundian refugees, with the aim of toppling President Pierre Nkurunziza. [TAKE VO] Kigali has fiercely denied the accusations. In a statement, the Rwandan government says that they will begin immediately to work with partners in the international community to plan the safe relocation of Burundian refugees.
