River Meuse - Bridge destroyed by Germans. Shot of Germans on opposite bank patrolling. American patrol cross canal. Make their way along bank. Patrol thru ditches, hedges etc., Patrol other side of canal. LS of Germans other side. Prince Felix on balcony of City Hall at Luxembourg, greets people. Crowds cheering, waving etc., with hime is (General Oliver - Censored). Various shots of balcony.
