The Planning Department will present for signatures of a Subdivision Amendment submitted by Justin & Erin Schmitt, agent: Julie Suckla, on property located at 13657 Road 21, Cortez, CO, consisting of 6.63acres, more or less, located south of Road P and west of Road 21, situated in Section 1, T.36N., R.17W., N.M.P.M.
The Planning Department will present for a reappointment letter of intent for Stan Pierce to continue as a Planning and Zoning Commission.
