G4S is one of the largest security service companies in the world, looking after prisons, correctional facilities, and a large range of blue-chip clients.
Its Australian and New Zealand operation has around 2,000 employees scattered across both countries.
The company added around 700 new employees in 2021, with the goal of filling 600 new roles in 2022.
With so many positions to fill and a unique skill set required for each, G4S needed a time-efficient and scalable solution to help them cope with high-volume hiring.
They found traditional processes were too labor-intensive and forced hiring managers to use unconscious bias to make decisions. They were also, ultimately, taking a gamble on the candidates they ended up with because they didn't have a way to test their skills.
