Does the same job as the durston device, but takes a lot more effort and care to produce a ring, but it's also 16 times cheaper.
This device has 6 splines for stretching, so less stress over more area can only mean good things, less snapped and cracked rings.
It absolutely gets my seal of approval as a quality tool, well made, affordable and simple.
