Wipe System,Dalvik,Cache and Data

Flash BitGapps (R7 Recommended) (Flash only BitGapps)
Flash Magisk (Optional) [20.3 or lower]

Reboot to system

Notes:
You need to be on Q Fw to flash this as this is based on RealmeUI. People using RealmeUI before not needed to redownload them again. Just flashing rom zip is fine.
