In this video we head out on the water in the New Pedal Drive Skin on Frame Canoe for another Baja fishing adventure. Finally we caught a Spanish Mackerel to turn into ceviche.

Ceviche ingredients:

1lb sushi grade fish
2 large lemons
2 large limes
3 tomatoes
1 small white onion
1 avocado
1 bunch cilantro
1 serrano
1/2 tsp salt
1-2 tsp olive oil
8 green olives
