Gut-healing smoothie with banana, ginger & matcha! My boyfriend hates healthy eating & he drank the whole thing this morning✅
Ingredients:
• 1 frozen banana
• 1 tsp matcha powder
• 1/2 tsp ginger
• 2 tbsp PBfit
• 1 cup plain almond milk
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients inside a blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a glass and serve.
