I made this simple video to help visualise the schematics for the Tab Welder build I found in Darkminds video as I couldn't find any schematics for it. Yes... the 'switch' in the solenoid should be a 'coil' but visually it's easier for a layperson to understand. Yes the black circle as a momentary switch should look like the 'switch' I've drawn in the solenoid but again, its a hybrid circuit diagram/build diagram that helped me and many others understand the concept:
