Distal ½ of the Lateral Surface of the Fibula
Insertion:
Tuberosity of the 5th Metatarsal
Functions:
1-Plantar Flexion of the Foot @ the Ankle Joint
2-Eversion of the Foot @ the Subtalar Joint
Nerve:
Superficial Fibular (Peroneal) Nerve
Activation: Plantar Flexion and Eversion of the Foot
Lengthening: Dorsi Flexion and Inversion of the Foot
