Since taking on the top role in General Motors' supply chain in April 2022, Morrison and his team have forged new partnerships with suppliers across semiconductors, battery materials and logistics providers to create more stable, resilient operations. Now his team wants to regain even more control – whether in reducing risk in critical materials processing in the battery supply chain, or in managing vehicle logistics, in which the North American industry is facing many bottlenecks.
