Getting the error "Another Installation is Already in Progress" while trying to install an application in Windows 10? First make sure that there is no pending installation on your computer. Try this simple method and let's know if it fixes your problem.
Right click on Taskbar I Task Manager I Services I "Open Services" (Bottom) I locate "Windows Installer" and stop it!

Note: If that didn't fix your problem, please set "Windows Installer" to "Disabled" in the previous window
