This is a quick and easy recipe, perfect for breakfast. A couple of banana oatmeal muffins and a cup of coffee (freshly squeezed orange juice for kids), this is a great way to start the day!
Ingredients for banana oatmeal muffins
– 160 gr (2 cups) old fashioned oats
– 2 overripe bananas
– 2 large eggs
– 240 ml (1 cup) yogurt
– 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
– vanilla flavor
– a pinch of salt
– 60 gr (1/2 cup) raisins
– 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
You also need a muffin tin
