FAQ about Natural Sciences at the University of Leicester – Do you need to do all the sciences at A Level to do a Natural Sciences Degree?

“I was a bit of an odd student because I did all three sciences. I did Physics, Chemistry and Biology. I also did History as well so that helped with essay writing, so I did 4 A2’s.

However the way the course is structured the first module you have is an introduction and the first year is quite often building everyone up to the same level. So when you start in year 2 you’re all approximately the same level anyway so it doesn’t matter if you’ve taken one and not the other.”
