ACAA’s Women’s Empowerment Director, Linda Duberley said, “As we continue to be appalled by the situation in Afghanistan, it is important to celebrate and uphold the region’s culture and traditions. Our aim is to show the creativity and talents of Afghans and Central Asians and demonstrate how they add to the rich tapestry of life in the UK. This is the third festival that we have organised, and we want it to be the best so far.”
