BOBBY BURNS
1.5 oz/45 ml Blended Scotch
1.5 oz/45 ml Sweet Vermouth
.75 oz/22.5 ml Dom Benedictine
Method
1. Put all ingredients into a mixing glass.
2. Add Ice and stir for 30 seconds or until chilled.
3. Pour into a coupe.
4. Garnish with a slice of Shortbread.
