There are many nice places to visit in Khor Fakkan, one of the cities in the emirate of Sharjah. Driving through the 5 tunnels and indulging in a nature walk while learning history in the Wadi Shees Nature Trail, visitors may enjoy the spectacular landscape of mountains surrounding the lake while on a boat or kayak in Al Rafisah Dam. Relaxing in Khor Fakkan beach or riding a boat to Shark Island for swimming in a clear water is also an option. Going up to Al Rabi Tower, enjoying the magnificent view of the city and hiking up to the summit of Al Rabi Mountain to watch the stunning heights are my favorites during the trip.
