On 23 June 2022, First Lady Mrs Jeannette Kagame, along with HRH The Duchess of Cornwall, Heads of Government and fellow First Ladies joined the Violence Against Women and Girls side event, co-hosted by Rt Hon. Patricia Scotland, SG of the Commonwealth and NO MORE Foundation. The event aimed at engaging leaders to build and amplify the Commonwealth’s commitments to end violence against women and girls.
