In this presentation, we will hear about what Integrative Medicine is, what it entails, and how we are advancing the field to create a standard of care. We will discuss the various modalities that are often utilized in Integrative Medicine in the oncology setting and some of the common symptoms, side effects, and problems we use each modality for. We will review safety and use of supplements during and after cancer treatments. We will review evidence on diet studies for the cholangiocarcinoma population. Lastly, we will discuss mind body therapies and the assorted ways to incorporate them into everyday life.
