The Infrared Rotary Dryer can crystallize and dry PET material simultaneously within 8~15 minutes. The Infrared Rotary Dryer can quickly reduce to the moisture of PET or other materials, with the dramatic decrease of drying time. Due to the huge time shorten of the drying time, the Infrared Rotary Dryer (IRD) can save lots of energy compared to the conventional drying method. The Infrared Rotary Drying System of PET contains two parts. One is the crystallize and dry with Infrared Rotary Dryer (IRD), the second part is the dehumidify system with Honeycomb Dehumidifier. The total progress time of the Infrared Rotary Drying System is around 1.5 to 2 hours. The final moisture content can be lower than 50 ppm. Flying Tiger has sent the dried PET to lab testing. The intrinsic viscosity (IV) has increased around 5% after 2 hours in the Infrared Rotary Drying System...
IR dryer feature:
