Must Try Jamaican Rum Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
Blended fruits mixture:
8 oz of dried prunes
16 oz of raisins
1 cup of Wray & Nephew Jamaican white rum
3 Cups of Red label Wine
Other ingredients:
1 tsp of ground cinnamon
1 tsp of ground nutmeg
3 1/2 Cups of flour
1 pinch of salt
1/2 cup of plain breadcrumbs
4 sticks of salted butter
1 1/2 Cups of brown sugar
1/2 bottle of browning
1 tbsp of fresh grated ginger
1 tbsp of ginger extract
1 tbsp of vanilla
1 tbsp of rose water
1 tsp of orange zest & 1 tbsp of juice
1 tsp of lemon zest & 1 tbsp of juice
1 tsp of lime zest & 1 tbsp of juice
Baked for 30 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit and the reduce heat to 300 degrees Fahrenheit for another 30 minutes.
Cake should be ready after baking for a total of 1 hour.
