Flying on the brand new member of the KLM fleet- the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner. Its my first time flying this aircraft type with KLM, and my third long haul flight with them.
Having done the same route with Delta only 12 month earlier, I was keen to see how KLM compared. Let down? I certainly wasn't!
