This first webinar of CIRCLE webinar series “Rethinking circularity in bioeconomy” is focused on digestate as a key resource in the circular bioeconomy. Speakers Stefanie Siebert, Executive Director of European Compost Network, and Mait Kriipsalu, professor at the Estonian University of Life Sciences, explain how the current European regulations, such as the EU fertilising products regulation and the end-of-waste regulation, shape the use and marketing of digestate.
