At the Aditya Birla 25th Silver Jubilee Scholarship Programme, External Affairs Minister Dr S. Jaishankar says, "The world is today increasingly appreciating the India story. We may experience it on a daily basis. So it is important to understand what it is that they see has now become different. It could be one of the 75 new airports, the 16 new metros, the broader and longer national highways, the better quality railway journeys, or perhaps bright young people like many of you. At a policy level, it is making it easier to do business, easing the living of common citizens, de-bureaucratization our society, strengthening civic awareness, and improving our human resources development. The world is a competitive place. And to ensure India's rise, we too must continuously sharpen our instincts.'
