The son of notorious Sinaloa cartel drug lord “El Chapo” Guzman will appear in federal court in Chicago Tuesday morning. Joaquin Guzman Lopez was arrested by the FBI last week, alongside Sinaloa cartel co-founder Ismael “El Mayo” Zambada.
