David Fisher from Salisbury has a disorder where his body creates too much bad cholesterol, at 35 he had a heart attack. He's spent the last 26 years taking fortnightly trips...to Wales. But advances in medicine mean he can now treat himself in the comfort of his own home. Edward Sault reports.
